Recipe for the best blueberry smoothy bowl ever!
One of our favourite combinations is our grain-free muesli combined with fresh or frozen blueberries, a spoon of Mary-Ann’s Peanut Butter, raw organic honey, and then pour a smoothy over the top.
Make the smoothie with:
- Frozen berries (strawberries or blueberries),
- Fresh or frozen pineapple,
- Fresh or frozen dragon fruit if in season,
- Freshly pressed apple juice,
- A hand full of raw nuts or seeds,
- A heaped scoop of Propeas (pea protein)
Blend well to pour over the top.
You will want to have it morning, noon, and night!
